With 20 years’ experience, Mel has built and lead successful teams in education and the legal industry, been responsible for whole organisation improvement programs, large budgets and capital works schedules. She has won awards in both leadership and organisational improvement.  Mel has established two successful businesses from start-up. She has strong business acumen and refined situational analysis.

Mel is certified as both a Scrum Master and a Squadify Pro coach. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media, Communications and Writing, and a Graduate Diploma in Education.
